Chickpea Brownie+Blondie /Brownie+Blondie de garbanzos
Two days ago I have discover a chickpea brownie+blondie recipe from @radhidevlukia and was love at first sight so I've decided to do my own customized version and was so amazing . aesthetically they have not been as beautiful as those of @radhidevlukia but I love the flavour. Ingredients: * 400g cooked chickpea (440g in the original recipe) * 1/2 cup maple syrup * 100g hazelnut to do homemade hazelnut butter (1/2 cuo almond butter in the original recipe) * 1 tsp vanilla extract * 1/4 tsp baking powder * 1/4 tsp baking soda * 1/2 cup chocolate chuncks + Brownie extra ingredients: * 2 tbsp cocoa powder * 2 tsp oat flour (2 tbsp in the original recipe) Instructions: 1. Preheat oven 175° 2. Drain the water from the chickpeas and add to a food processor with all blondie ingredients except the chocolate chuncks (for the homemade hazelnut butter just add first the hazelnut to the food processor and chop until get a paste) 3. Once smooth pour out half the mixture and add half your chocolate chuncks 4. In the other half add in the cocoa powder and oat flour and mix till combined 5. In a baking tray with parchment paper even (mine just takes up half the mold but parchment paper acts as a barrier) and spread the brownie batter first and then layer the blondie mixture and the rest of chocolate chunks on top. 6. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. 7. Once baked, take out the oven and let completely cool.
