Pink sauce
- Heat the tomato with the date syrup or sweetener in a frying pan for a few minutes. Leave to cool.
- Mix the cold tomato with the yoghurt, salt, mustard, a few drops of oil and the apple cider vinegar.
Salad
- In a frying pan with a few drops of oil, cook the turkey tenderloin with salt and the spices over a low heat, turning it so it cooks on all sides. Leave to cool.
- Once the turkey is cold, cut it into cubes.
- Boil the pasta according to the packet, run it under cold water to stop the cooking and add olive oil so it doesn’t stick. Leave to cool.
- Peel and dice the apples and add them to the pasta with the turkey, the halved cherry tomatoes and the sweetcorn.
- Done!
